Email us at hello@leadwebia.com from the email of your LeadWebia account, and tell us what you were doing and what happened. We answer by email.

Change or cancel your plan at any time in Account → Billing (Stripe's customer portal).
Your credit balance is on your Home page and in Account → Billing. Credits from the credit pack never expire; plan credits renew every month.
A search only charges the businesses it delivers; the rest of the reserved credits come back when it finishes. A prospect report costs 20 credits.
Money-back guarantee: your first purchase is refunded in full if you've used fewer than 100 credits and ask within 14 days (write to hello@leadwebia.com).

Every action the AI app takes uses your plan the same way the app does: searches spend credits, export and integrations need a paid plan.
If an app stops working, disconnect it in Integrations → ChatGPT & Claude and connect it again.

Export your leads to CSV or Excel from the Dashboard (paid plans).
