Free Email Extractor

Paste any website to extract the email addresses it publishes, plus its phone numbers and social profiles. We check the homepage and the contact page. Free, no signup.

One website, or every business in a city

This extractor checks one website at a time. When you prospect local businesses, you need the same contact data for a whole niche: every plumber in Dallas, every dentist in Charlotte. LeadWebia searches Google Maps for a niche and a city, then visits each business's website and pulls its emails, phone and social profiles, along with its rating, reviews and whether it has a website at all.

Unlike a raw Google Maps scraper, you don't pay per row for a CSV you then have to clean: every lead comes with its contacts already extracted.

From the list to your campaign

Extracted emails are only useful once they reach your outreach. LeadWebia sends each lead, with its email, phone and website, straight to Instantly, to Google Sheets, to GoHighLevel or to any tool through webhooks, as soon as it is found.

How to extract emails from a website

Paste the website address above and press Find emails. The extractor opens the site’s homepage, follows its link to the contact page, and lists every email address published on either one, including the ones behind “email us” links. It also picks up the phone numbers in click-to-call links and the Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube profiles the site links to.

Email extractor vs. email finder

An email extractor only reads what a website actually publishes. An email finder guesses addresses from name patterns such as first.last@company.com and then tries to verify them. For a local business, the address on its own website is the one the owner chose to share, so it is the most likely to be read and the safest to contact.

Why some sites show no email

Plenty of small businesses only publish a contact form or a phone number, show their email as an image, or load it with JavaScript after the page opens. When that happens, check the social profiles listed in the result: Facebook and Instagram pages often show the email. If the business has no website at all, it may be a lead for a new one.

Use the emails responsibly

Published business addresses are fair to contact about something relevant to that business. Keep it personal and useful, identify yourself, include your address and a way to opt out, and honor unsubscribes, as the US CAN-SPAM Act requires. Don’t sell or share the list.

Why didn't it find an email?expand_more

Many small businesses publish only a contact form or a phone number, show their email as an image, or load it with JavaScript after the page opens. In that case try their Facebook or Instagram page, which often lists an email. LeadWebia also checks Google and social profiles for every lead it finds.
