LeadWebia's own Google Maps samples from 21 October to 2 November 2026, not a census of every business in each city. This page publishes no email addresses: you get them in LeadWebia when you search a sector and city.

Any other sector, any city

The samples are only a starting point. The same list works for whatever you sell to, anywhere Google Maps covers, for example:

  • Plumbers
  • Roofers
  • HVAC contractors
  • Electricians
  • Hair salons
  • Barbershops
  • Doctors
  • Insurance agents
  • Gyms
  • Auto repair shops
  • Cafes
  • Hotels

What each contact includes and where it comes from

The business details come from its Google Maps listing; the emails and social profiles from its own website; the website checks from LeadWebia visiting that site. Every business has the same fields, in the app, in the CSV or Excel export and in Google Sheets.

A fresh list or a bought database?

Most business email lists for sale are one big file with a record count and a price per thousand. Local businesses open, close, move and change owners all the time, so a list pulled when you need it works differently.

database Bought business email list

  • Compiled at some point in the past; you can't tell how old each record is
  • No sample by sector or city, and no way to see where an email came from before you pay
  • Chains, franchises and closed businesses mixed in with the rest
  • The same file is sold to everyone who buys it

travel_explore LeadWebia

  • Pulled from Google Maps the moment you search the sector and city
  • The email comes from the business's own website, next to the link
  • An AI filter drops the chains and franchises, and you see the rating and reviews first
  • 1 credit = 1 business, and the $19 pack has 2,500 that never expire

How to build your business email list

Agencies selling websites, SEO or ads, software and payment vendors, suppliers and B2B sales teams all do it the same way.

  1. Search a sector in a city. Up to 5 business types at once, in one area or several.
  2. Keep the businesses you want. Filter by no website, website speed, CMS or ad pixels, and check each business's emails, rating and reviews before you reach out.
  3. Take the list with you. Export it to CSV or Excel, send it to Google Sheets, or push the businesses with an email into an Instantly campaign (paid plans).

Frequently asked

Is there a free business email list?

The sector samples on this page are free and need no account: 19,058 local businesses in 32 US cities, 8,083 of them with an email found on their own website. To get the businesses themselves, with their emails, for any sector and city, LeadWebia starts at $19 once for 2,500 credits that never expire (1 credit = 1 business).

Where do the business emails come from?

From each business's own website. LeadWebia finds the businesses on Google Maps, then reads their home and contact pages for the email addresses they publish. Google Maps listings don't include emails, and nothing comes from a bought database.

Is this a business owner email list?

It is the email each business publishes on its website. At a small local business that address often reaches the owner, but it can also be info@, bookings@ or a front desk. LeadWebia doesn't guess or buy personal addresses: if a business publishes no email, you get its phone, address, website and Google rating instead.

Which sectors and cities can I get?

Any business type and any area Google Maps covers. Search "plumber", "dentist", "hair salon" or whatever you sell to, in one city or several at once, in the US and in most other countries. The 6 sector samples on this page are just the ones with their own page so far.

How many local businesses have an email address?

In LeadWebia's samples, 8,083 of 19,058 businesses (42.4%) had an email published on their website, from 31% of dental practices to 46.9% of real estate agents and agencies. Another 4,101 (21.5%) had no website of their own.

Can I send the list to Instantly or Google Sheets?

Yes, on the paid plans. Export it to CSV or Excel, add it to a Google Sheet, or push the businesses with an email straight into an Instantly campaign, with the city, rating and lead score as custom variables.

Is it legal to send cold emails to businesses?

In the US, CAN-SPAM allows commercial email to businesses as long as you identify yourself, use an honest subject line, include a physical address and honour every opt-out. Check the rules where you and the businesses are before you send.
