A fresh list or a bought database?

Most real estate agent email lists for sale are one big file with a record count and a price per thousand. Businesses open, close, move and change hands all the time, so a list pulled when you need it works differently.

database Bought real estate agent email list

  • Compiled at some point in the past; you can't tell how old each record is
  • No way to see where an email came from before you pay
  • Agents who changed brokerage or left the business mixed in with the rest
  • The same file is sold to everyone who buys it

home_work LeadWebia

  • Pulled from Google Maps the moment you search the city
  • The email comes from the business's own website, next to the link
  • Independent agents, teams and brokerage offices side by side, with their rating and reviews
  • 1 credit = 1 business, and the $19 pack has 2,500 that never expire

How to build your real estate agent email list

Mortgage lenders and loan officers, title and escrow companies, home inspectors, real estate photographers, CRM vendors and agencies that sell websites or ads to agents all do it the same way.

  1. Search real estate agents and agencies in a city. Try "real estate agent", "realtor", "real estate agency", "property management", in one area or several, up to 5 searches at once.
  2. Keep the ones you want. Filter by no website, website speed, CMS or ad pixels, and check each business's emails, rating and reviews before you reach out.
  3. Take the list with you. Export it to CSV or Excel, send it to Google Sheets, or push the agents and agencies with an email into an Instantly campaign (paid plans).

Frequently asked

Is there a free realtor email list?

The city sample on this page is free and needs no account: 7,626 real estate agents and agencies across 16 US cities, 3,578 of them with an email found on their website. To get the agents and agencies themselves, with their emails, for any city, LeadWebia starts at $19 once for 2,500 credits that never expire (1 credit = 1 business).

Where do the realtor emails come from?

From each business's own website. LeadWebia finds the real estate agents and agencies on Google Maps, then reads their home and contact pages for the email addresses they publish. Google Maps listings don't include emails, nothing comes from a bought database and no address is guessed.

Does the list have individual agents or only agencies?

Both, as they appear on Google Maps: independent agents and teams with their own listing, and brokerage offices. The email is the one each listing's website publishes, so for a brokerage office it can be the office address rather than each agent's.

How many real estate agents and agencies have an email address?

In LeadWebia's sample, 3,578 of 7,626 (46.9%) had an email published on their website, from 25.3% in Fontana to 58.9% in New York City. Another 1,777 (23.3%) had no website of their own, so for those you get the phone, address and Google rating instead.

Can I get a real estate agent email list for my city?

Yes. Search "real estate agent", "realtor", "real estate agency", "property management" in any US city or area on LeadWebia and you get the agents and agencies on Google Maps there, with their emails, phones and websites. It works outside the US too, wherever Google Maps covers the area.

Can I send the list to Instantly or Google Sheets?

Yes, on the paid plans. Export it to CSV or Excel, add it to a Google Sheet, or push the agents and agencies with an email straight into an Instantly campaign, with the city, rating and lead score as custom variables.

Is it legal to send cold emails to agents and agencies?

In the US, CAN-SPAM allows commercial email to businesses as long as you identify yourself, use an honest subject line, include a physical address and honour every opt-out. Check the rules where you and the agents and agencies are before you send.
